TOOKSPACE Expands Production Workshop, Monthly Total Output Breaks 1 Million GPS Tracker Units

Driven by continuously growing bulk orders from Europe, Southeast Asia, South Asia and African markets, TOOKSPACE has completed the expansion renovation of its Shenzhen manufacturing base to fulfill rising global procurement demands. The factory has newly introduced two full-automatic SMT patch production lines and expanded the finished-product assembly area, realizing a notable upgrade in overall production scale.

Along with production line expansion, we have equipped the QC department with a batch of brand-new automatic aging test machines and environmental testing instruments. The whole production flow from component mounting, assembly to aging detection realizes higher automation, effectively cutting manual error and lifting the finished product qualified rate steadily above 99.2%. Benefiting from this upgrade, our comprehensive monthly production capacity of all series GPS trackers officially exceeds 1,000,000 units, covering OBD vehicle trackers, waterproof GT02 locators, 5000mAh large-capacity portable trackers and 4G wired positioning devices.

At present, production lines are running at full capacity to arrange bulk orders from Pakistan, Bangladesh, South Africa and European regular clients. Meanwhile, the enlarged workshop also reserves independent production zones for customized OEM and ODM projects, enabling flexible small-batch customized development and mass production for brand customers around the world.
